“The young lady who checked us in upon arrival was just AMAZING!!! GREAT people skills, nice smile, and builds rapport with the guest as they are checking in. I have worked in Customer Service Management for 24 years, so I am very attentive to the type of customer service provided when I visit a business. This young lady is a rare jewel- I just don't see this type of service anywhere. I wish I could hire her to move and work in one of my four markets :)”
“Staff was great both at check in and check out. It was a brief stay owning to a flight delay. I caught the 6am shuttle and the agent made sure I had a bag breakfast to take with me. I thought that was a fantastic gesture.”

“The staff was the best anywhere I have stayed- and I travel quite a bit. The front desk ladies were super sweet and helpful. Maddie, that works the food/beverage in the morning was a delight! She is one of the few people in this world that still take pride in their job and it shows. Our last morning I had to leave at 5:50am. I stopped by to tell her good-bye and she gave me a hug. She offered to get me something to go! Who does that anymore? It's like she was trained by Disney. Keep her at all costs!”

But what I experienced was far better than expected. The customer service was outstanding and the entire hotel including my room, the dining area and the lobby were squeaky clean!”
